No Hassle Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (with-in 7 days of receipt per postal delivery), simply return the item(s) to us and we will gladly refund the purchase price, less the original shipping charges. Please be sure to include the name the order was placed under or the order number to expedite the refund process.
If your item(s) arrived damaged, report this to us within 3 days of your items arriving (posted delivery date per the courier). Items that are reported later than 3 days cannot be claimed as damaged to our vendors. Damages reported within 3 days WILL receive replacements at no cost to the customer. Damages reported after 3 days will not be honored.

Shipping Policy

Orders received before 11am Pacific Standard Time are usually shipped the same business day. Some orders received after 11am on Friday, will be processed and shipped out on Monday. ALL orders are verified through your credit card company. Because of this Safety Step, some orders placed over the weekend may not be able to be verified, processed, and then shipped until the following Monday. The information that is verified is the "Billing Information" that you provided upon check-out. If your "Billing Information" Does NOT match the information according to the credit card company, your order WILL NOT be processed and shipped. We will attempt to contact you no more than two (2) times regarding this issue before we mark your order as Fradulent.

Please keep in mind that the Priority Mail option is not guaranteed thru the Post Office to be delivered in 2-4 business days and/or the Parcel Post option is not guaranteed thru the Post Office to be delivred in 8-10 business days. These are general delivery time frames and aren't guaranteed thru the Postal Service. If your order must be guaranteed to be delivered to you with-in a few days, you should choose the Express Mail option. Express Mail is the only option that the USPS will guarantee delivery in 1-2 days. If there is a problem with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Your shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of each individual item you order. In certain circumstances, your shipping charges may be inaccurately calculated. If this occurs, we will adjust your order to closely reflect the true shipping and handling fees (usually less than originally calculated for large or bulk orders). All shipping charges include both shipping and handling costs.

Order Status

To check on the status of an order that was already placed, please send an email to sales@lasvegas-giftshop.com. (Please be sure fill in the subject line.) Include your name, order number (optional), email address, and telephone number. We will respond via email, usually within a few hours.

If your order cannot be filled for any reason, we will contact you by email or phone. If there is no response from you with in a few days we will either subtract the items from your order and refund your credit card, or hold your order until the items are available for shipping, at our sole discretion. You will receive a notification by email of the status of your order.
