Q: If the coupons are FREE, why is there a charge for them?

A: As stated on the site, you are paying a SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE. Shipping costs are necessary due to the fact that the US Postal service refuses to ship anything for FREE. Handling fees cover storage/warehouse fees, Internet/Web maintenance fees, credit card processing fees, personnel to compile and organize packs, personnel to process orders, as well as miscellaneous costs such as telephone, gasoline, tape, decks of cards, shipping supplies, etc....

Q: I'm leaving for Vegas in a couple of days and I'm not sure if they'll get here on time, is there a way for me to get them once in Vegas?

A: We will gladly deliver the coupons to the Hotel you are staying at. It'll be waiting for you upon your arrival at either the Hotel's Front Desk or Bell Desk. Generally they will remind you upon check-in that there's a package waiting for you. Once you pay the SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE, put a message in the “Comment” section that you want it delivered to your Hotel. BE SURE TO INCLUDE: The name of the Hotel, the name the reservation is under, and your arrival date; we'll take care of the rest.

Q: I'm not comming to Vegas for a few months, should I order the coupons now?

A: Yes, order the coupons now! You will also select the day and month of your arrival when you order. As stated on the site, we will ship the coupon set close to your arrival date. The reason we suggest to do this is so that you'll have the current coupons, magazines, and information for your trip.

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order through the mail?

A: We ship by the coupon sets by Priority Mail Only. You will receive your order in 2-4 business days from the day we ship them.


Q: When do the coupons expire?

A: Most of the coupons expire at the end of the year. The only exception to this are the coupons found in the magazines that we send along with your order.
